Raymond Chang is the Managing Director of International Investments at USPBA, leading the Alliance’s investment strategy and capital-deployment initiatives across the United States, Pakistan, and key emerging markets. He co-founded Agrify (NASDAQ: AGFY), spearheading a $148 million IPO and $35 million in acquisitions.
Chang has raised, deployed, or managed more than $450 million in capital across public and private markets. Prior to his entrepreneurial career, he served at McKinsey & Company and Nexus Point Capital, a private equity firm with $1.5 billion AUM, focusing on growth investments across Asia-Pacific in consumer, technology, and industrial sectors.
